Who we are:Mohlenaar Consulting is a small group of consultants from diverse backgrounds who are focused on integrating IT solutions into the client's business operations. Prior consulting experiences include Fortune 100 companies, not-for-profits, software engineering, and network design and management.What We Do:We work from the core belief that tools need to be linked to people and processes in order to be effective. We work to understand what an organization does, and how the people running the processes can be helped through technology. Primarily, we implement and integrate software to manage parts of an organization's business, whether something technology-intensive such as network event management, or something business-intensive such as understanding the penetration of key marketing messages.For larger clients, we focus on improving a smaller piece of the puzzle, while for smaller clients we have implemented systems that manage much of the organization, from accounting to fundraising. |
